The Short Version
We store payment records and optimization metadata to operate the service. We never store your resume content, job descriptions, or personal information.
What We Process
- Resume Files: Analyzed by AI to optimize for job descriptions. Files are processed in memory and never saved to disk or database.
- Job Descriptions: URLs are fetched and text is extracted temporarily for analysis, then discarded.
- Payment Info: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
No Resume Storage
Your optimized resume is generated and sent directly to your browser for download. This means:
- • Resume text is never written to any database
- • Job descriptions are never stored
- • No personal information (names, emails, addresses) is retained
- • Optimized output is generated and sent directly to your browser
What We Do Store
- Payment Records: Stripe transaction IDs, amount, status, and hashed IP address — for billing records and abuse prevention.
- Optimization Logs: Hashed IP address, processing duration, AI model used, success/failure status, and keyword match count — for service monitoring. No resume content.
- Rate Limiting: Hashed IP addresses to prevent abuse (not reversible to actual IPs).

- • Stripe: Payment processing
- • Anthropic Claude: AI analysis of your resume (processed, not stored)
- • Vercel: Website hosting
- • Sentry: Error monitoring (no personal data collected)
- • Vercel Analytics: Page view counts (cookie-free, privacy-compliant)
No Tracking
We don't use cookies for tracking. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No retargeting. Vercel Analytics is active for basic page view counts — it is cookie-free and collects no personal data.
